As an attorney with Fournier Law, Ms. Marsico brings over sixteen years of family law experience to the firm. A resident of Florida for thirty years, she relocated from the Washington DC area to serve in the United States Air Force. Ms. Marsico graduated from the University of Tampa with High Honors receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Government & World Affairs. Thereafter, she graduated from Stetson University College of Law with Honors receiving a Juris Doctorate. To further hone her litigation skills, Ms. Marsico has since pursued her post-doctoral studies, graduating from Stetson University College of Law with Honors receiving a Masters of Law in Advocacy – the highest level of education a lawyer can obtain.
Ms. Marsico has a broad array of experience in the legal profession. She has many years of practice in the private sector where she focused on family law, civil litigation and complex commercial litigation. She also served as Appellate Counsel for the Office of the Public Defender where she handled direct felony appeals and post-conviction matters.
Ms. Marsico brings a personalized approach to the practice of family law, particularly given the often emotionally trying nature of these disputes. In that stead, she diligently serves the clients of Fournier Law at both the trial and appellate levels.
